A-Gas’ first free App is targeted at refrigeration, HVAC contractors and service engineers, providing them with fast and comprehensive data straight to their iPhones or Android devices.
“We are a solutions provider and the App which is being rolled out across our UK distribution network, provides a fast and convenient solution for engineers on the go who need to access information quickly,” Sally Fairman, Group Corporate Development Director, A-Gas International.
“A broad choice of refrigerants is offered and will be updated on a regular basis enabling engineers to have vital information at their fingertips.”
The App has been designed to be easy to use and instead of scrolling through an extensive list of refrigerants, the App enables users to select the refrigerants they most commonly use and includes essential and additional information on each refrigerant.
The App provides details on the composition of refrigerants, their thermodynamic properties as well as global warming potential.
Following the launch in the UK, A-Gas will be rolling the App out in South Africa, Australia and Singapore.
